Fifteen years ago, after being faced with economic challenges in California, Buck Knives relocated to Post Falls, Idaho. With a firm decision to continue manufacturing in the United States and a commitment to continue providing innovative products, relocation was necessary. Although the process was not a smooth transition, it was a choice that was very crucial for the future of Buck. The Pacific Northwest is rich in hunting, fishing, hiking, camping, and other recreational opportunities and is home to a supportive community that has contributed to the overall success of Buck Knives. With the manufacturing capacity to build thousands of knives a day, Buck proudly employs over 300 employees in its Post Falls, Idaho facility, each possessing a shared interest and commitment to quality and reliability.
