East Lansing, Michigan, December 16, 2020 – Good things really do come in small packages.
GiantMouse Knives released the Riv today, a compact folder in the company’s ACE line of folding
knives. The Riv was designed in the lines of the Biblio but is a completely new design with its own
feel and expression.
Why a compact knife?
The knife’s designers, Jens Ansø and Jesper Voxnaes, grew up out in nature working the forest and doing chores around the house. They were taught to carry a fixed blade and a small folder. The fixed blade will perform most of the cutting tasks, but the folder should be kept razor sharp for finer tasks and be your back-up, if the fixed blade is lost or dulls. The Riv fills that role perfectly.
